The Power of Yourself is the perfect title for this book. Rachel Rebecca constructed the chapters in such a simple, easy way to learn and reflect the power of myself! She appeared to share some very intimate areas of her life which really gives us the impression that you can overcome things and move forward. I really enjoyed the way the stories inspired me to understand that we all go through things but God (the man upstairs) never leaves us. He is always there to guide us.This book was well worth investing time for me! Life happens and it is good to understand who you are and who you belong to. It wasn't one of those super complex books. It offered practical down to earth scriptural based life experiences. It was well written in a way that I wanted to keep reading and I know that I will reference this book as I continue my journey.
